Being a designer at Thrillophilia is like strapping yourself onto a rocket ship. The growth is exhilarating and the work is profoundly meaningful and rewarding. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. Responsibilities:

  • Design creatives such as branding materials, marketing collaterals, product designing etc;
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, as well as design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects;
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details with in-depth knowledge of design, typography, colour, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery;
  • Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts;
  • Fluent understanding of current digital trends and social landscape;
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Creating graphics for Thrillophilia’s social media channels;
  • Creating high conversion creatives for Thrillophilia ad campaigns;
  • Design of infographics, newsletters, presentations and visual PPTs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong, clean visual design sense;
  • Good knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects;
  • Someone with an eye for pixel-perfect designs following the basic graphic rules and maintaining brand consistency at -the same time;
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, motion graphic and design skills;
  • Passion for people-centred design;
  • Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships;
  • Photo retouching/manipulation skills;
  • A strong eye for visual composition;
  • Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design;
  • Work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and within a team, environment to significantly contribute to the success of the team;
  • A strong portfolio of related works showcasing the above-mentioned qualities.
