Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager - Content & Campaigns, to grow with our team. This role is directly with the CEO. As Social Media Manager your responsibilities would include:

• Strategizing & ideating content across all relevant platforms : Complete ownership of the content strategy and its execution with the relevant stakeholders like designers/ production houses/ influencers.
• Planning & Executing social media campaigns, calendars & content ideas
• Write great engaging web copy and make exceptional creatives that can stimulate user interaction and engagement.
• Content editing skills through canva, inshots, vn editor.
• Reels shooting & editing.
• Develop topical content
• Reaching out to brands for onboarding on e commerce platform
• Posting updates, creatives, responses, and trivia for boosting engagement
• Be well-versed with all trending topics and content formats on social and their quick integration into the content strategy
• Ownership of brand guidelines across platforms.
• Coordination with external stakeholders
• Build the social media platforms for the brand by increasing followers and driving engagement.

Requirements:

• Excellent content writing and campaign skills.
• Candidate needs to have 4-6 years of work experience.
• Should have managed social media for a D2C Brand
• Should have experience in handling agencies and working on creative campaigns.
• Look for a digital-first profile or a company that does its marketing majorly on social media platforms.
• Qualification- Grad/PG or any other equivalent degree.

Priya is the Founding Curator of the Gurgaon Hub of the World Economic Forum, Advisory Council Member, Orygen Global, and a Member of the Future Generations Commission on Health and Climate Change . Additionally, she’s a State Level Olympic Weightlifting Champion, avid health blogger and has been featured in various national and international publications for her work. Priya holds a degree in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College, and an education in Social Entrepreneurship from INSEAD.
