Role Overview

The role is about domain understanding and detail orientation. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, detail oriented and have an ability to marry technological competence with an in-depth understanding of ground operations to ensure that the vision of the product is uniformly communicated across the organization and the customer.

This role is your path to become a Product Manager.

Responsibilities

● You will work on one of the various internal as well as customer facing products of Delhivery

● Own all user and developer manuals

● Implement product analytics embedded into the software and build dashboards

● Become the inhouse expert on all existing product features - liaise with support teams

Qualifications

● 0-2 years’ experience

● Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from Tier-I institute a must

● Good understanding of Web Application Architecture, Database Schemas and SQL

● Solid written communication skills, enjoys documentation

● Detail oriented

● Empathy towards customer needs

● Domain knowledge of supply chain/ logistics is preferable, but not required
