Are you up for the challenge?As our new Social Media Specialist, you will help us tell our brand and product story through innovative, engaging and culturally-connected social-first storytelling and activations. You will be the person the organization goes to when asking about what’s new in social, what should we be thinking about, and how do we bring our brand and products to life on social not only in India, but also draw learnings from other markets.By supporting, driving and implementing our existing global social media strategy with local relevance, you will support the development and execution of industry leading tactics, drive community engagement, influencer partnership, social audience growth and brand loyalty in the Indian market.As a key Social Media point person for cross-functional campaign planning, you will support integrated, 360 programs, ensuring that our social approach is powerful and aligned across all elements of the program.In addition, you will provide insight into Crocs’ online communities to key departments within the Crocs corporate infrastructure – such as Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Customer Service.This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, marketing savvy, connection with pop and social media culture, computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of social media and social media platforms, tools and applications.Job Description:

  • Create, vet, curate, plan and schedule amazing channel specific content.
  • Partner with our Integrated Marketing Specialist to execute, leverage and optimize 360 marketing activation.
  • Work closely with our Social Media Agency to review assets and copy to ensure it hits our brand voice across all posts.
  • Validate and assist in the influencer selection process based on social insights and listening.
  • Post campaign analysis of Influencer content both from a reach/engagement as well as from a content lens to build intelligence for future campaigns.
  • Spot potential upcoming influencers/brand-fans to solidify our Influencer outreach.
  • Optimize a seamless social experience by exploring and applying new media innovations to support key initiatives, by integrating with Ecom and key platforms.
  • Operate and manage paid media and paid posts by partnering with global team as well as agency partners.
  • Social listening and culture connection, identify, monitor and engage with what’s trending.
  • Support proactive and reactive daily monitoring and engagement on both organic and paid posts.
  • Partner with our stellar Customer Service Team and agency partner to build processes and ensure a seamless experience for our fans via social channels.
  • Create and update weekly and monthly reports, analyze campaigns and product launches.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or general discipline.
  • Educational background in Marketing is an advantage.
  • Relevant system qualifications/certifications are a plus.
  • 3-5 years’ full time social media experience with brands in lifestyle, fashion, sports (on the brand payroll or on the agency side).
  • Marketing communications campaign planning and execution experience.
  • Work experience at digital, social agency is an advantage.
  • Social Media KPI’s and landscape.
  • Strong understanding of social media and the capabilities of different channels including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and any other upcoming platforms.
  • Active use and in-depth knowledge of social media listening and publishing tools.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Team player, able to build effective relationships with Crocs regional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, matriculate, inter-personal, creative and open-minded.
  • Social Media Savvy.
  • Domestic travel is necessary.
  • Overseas business trip can be necessary.
