• We’re looking for an accomplished Key Account Management & Recruiting professional to support our next level of growth journey. A high-energy & ambitious individual who has an Entrepreneurial approach towards customer success & growing the business.

• Open positions: 2 (Two) / Immediate

REQUIREMENTS (Ideal profile):

• The Candidate must have 2 – 10 years of experience in:

a. Key account management (As POC to clients/ senior stakeholders)

b. Recruitment specialist (With recent experience in Technical hiring)

* Candidates must be Immediately available / Early joiners

The role includes front-ending as Point of contact for multiple clients for their recruitment requirements and managing the whole process to ensure service delivery & customer delight.

• Who will you deal with? (About our clients): Established large enterprises (HR / TA leaders) and startup founders (Indian/ Foreign)

• Your purpose: To fulfil our client’s hiring requirements (IT/ Non IT/ Bulk / Niche) using www.hiringplug.com and look for opportunities to grow the business

• Key skills required to succeed & grow in this role: Impeccable communication skills, Key account management, Result orientation, Multi-tasking, Recruitment – sourcing, screening & coordination, (Recruitment) Vendor management, Presentation & product demonstration skills, and speed of execution.

Highly desirable (Preferred/ not mandatory):

• Experience in International Technical hiring (Canada / USA) or relevant technical startups
• Proximity / Easy commute to our office location (Green Park, New Delhi 110016)
• Strong existing corporate & Recruitment consultant relationships
• Female candidates (Including who wish to join after a career-break)
• Strong experience in Contract staffing (Domestic & International)
