India Communications Specialist

HP Inc. is looking for a communications specialist to join its India communications team, based in Gurgaon. Reporting to the India Market Communications manager, she/he will support and drive a variety of projects supporting strategic communications initiatives designed to increase and strengthen the reputation of HP Inc in the region. The role will include execution of integrated strategic communications strategies, management of multiple projects based on deadlines, and reporting measurements of success metrics to local stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following
Drive earned, paid, shared, and owned Business & Product Communication initiatives at India market level
Work with India Communication team to drive Communication priorities, including narratives, campaigns, and content development for major events, news releases and media interviews
Drive strong product review campaigns through Business, Tech media publications and influencers to create a strong desire for HP products
Create social content & execution of social media strategy to amplify product announcements
Develop, hone, and manage relationships with key business, tech publications, influencers & analysts.
Ideal candidate is a driven self-starter, skilled in storytelling, narrative development, and content creation; adept at driving strategic media relationships for impactful product communications

Desired Skills And Experience
Postgraduate degree in Journalism or Communications (preferred)
Media-savvy with experience across earned, owned, shared, and paid media
5 years of experience, working for a name brand, tech brand or tech PR agency
Proven expertise in the art of storytelling
Excellent narrative development, writing and editing skills
Superior communications and presentation skills
Ability to quickly ramp-up and make an immediate impact
Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
