Job Duties and Responsibilities of Executive Assistant:-

• Coordination with various departments and follow ups for daily reports.
• Take notes and deliver message from phone calls, emails, memos or reports.
• Oversee the director’s schedules, team meetings and travel arrangements.
• Input information received about client through streamlined database management.
• Complete elementary bookkeeping tasks for the MD.
• Execute office management tasks such as systematising office records.
• Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate department when necessary.
• Schedule necessary appointment with all external and internal parties.
• Checking bills and necessary documents and getting approved from MD.
•Compile and distribute weekly / monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met.
• Preparation and documentation of minutes of the meetings (MOMs) and following up to ensure their completion.
• Coordinating with purchase department for making purchases, getting quotation for various purchases from vendors.
